2007 Track: (Outdoor) Took fifth place in the 10,000 meters at the PSAC Championships running 31:11.82... Also took eighth place in the 5K at the Championships... Ran the 10k in an NCAA provisional time of 30.43.98 at the Penn Relays... Won the 3000 meters at the East Stroudsburg All-American Invitational finishing in a time of 9:02... Ran a 15:01.85 in the in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Took seventh out of 31 runners in the 10K at the Fred Hardy Invitational... Took fifth place in the 5,000 meters at the Radford Invitational.

2007 Track: (Indoor) Earned a podium spot at the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meters-- He took sixth place in a time of 15:01.08, a lifetime personal record... Placed fourth in the 5K in 16:05.21 at the East Challenge Meet... Was the first Division II finisher in the 5K at the Armory Meet, running a PSAC-qualifying time of 15:07.69... Competed in both the mile and the 3,000-meters at the Bucknell Bison Open -- In the mile he posted a time of 4:35.95 and then returned to the track in the afternoon for the 3000 where he ran 9:00.41... Ran a conference qualifying time of 8:54.16 in the 3,000 meters at the Penn State Open.

2006 Cross Country): Placed 4th at the NCAA East Regional, earned All-Region honors, and qualified for the NCAA Championships... Took fifth place in the PSAC Championships... Placed 2nd at the Slippery Rock Invitational... Finished 19th at the Penn State National Invitational... Placed 21st at Penn State's Spiked Shoe... Took first place in the Husky Invitational... Placed 12th at the Bison Open.

2006 Track: (Indoor) At the PSAC Championships, finished fifth in a time of 15:02.40 in the 5,000-meters... Placed fourth in the 3000 at the East Challenge Meet in 9:06.06... Took fifth place in the 5000 meter run in 8:54.08 at the DeShriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg... Was the top Bloomsburg finisher in the 3000 meters at the Bison Open, taking eighth place in a time of 9:06.37... Took fifth place in the 5000 meter event at the Orange and Maroon Classic in a time of 16:00.65.

2005 Cross Country): Placed third at the Slippery Rock Invitational in 25:48...
